This is a refundable deposit of $100. If not enough preorders happen, the book will not go to print. Initially available are 50 hardback books, 8.25″ x 11″ with gloss covers. This is a two volume set with slip case consisting of approx 1000 pages most in color, with many photos.
Estimated retail sales price for this edition is $250 + $20 for shipping. A 10% discount on book price applies to preorders before release. Release date is in November. Shipping rate is based on estimated cost via USPS Media Mail parcel.
